Against this repressive state of affairs Max Miller, a man of only mediocre prospects, hatches a grand plan - to bring the whole system down and the internet with it. It won’t go down without a fight. Valerie Craft, a beguiling and powerful influencer, has other ideas. But when enigmatic visitors arrive, Max Miller, and the whole of planet earth, realise they must struggle with an unfathomable, bureaucratic and insidious intelligence transcending the outer reaches of all human comprehension and understanding. Worst of all, they have a bone to pick with Max Miller himself.
